An orphan page is a page that no other page links to. Readers cannot reach it by browsing, and a crawler that follows links may never find it, so it tends to stay out of the index however good it is. The wiki has the full definition of an orphan page.
BeeRanked links pages by default. Each page you publish gets links to related pages on your site and is offered as a related page on theirs, which the video shows on a live content hub.
